H. Michael Long, DDS
Dr. Michael Long grew up in Sewanee, Tennessee, and graduated from high school at Sewanee Military Academy. Dr. Long went on to attend Florida State University. In 1971, he earned his DDS degree from the University of Tennessee School of Dentistry. Dr. Long actively upgrades his dental expertise with continuing education programs and has taken courses in Boston, Chicago, and New Orleans. As an active member of the dental community, Dr. Long is proud to be a member of the following organizations:

Dr. Long has pursued advanced training in TMJ over the past several decades in addition to general dentistry and craniofacial pain. Most recently, he has received advanced training in mild to moderate sleep apnea and snoring so that he can assist patients in treating those conditions.
Dr. Long is happily married to Beverly Ann, and they have two children, Shannon and Chris. Shannon and Chris have families of their own and Dr. Long has four grandchildren. In his free time, Dr. Long enjoys fishing and reading. As a dentist, Dr. Long strives for excellence so he can provide his patients with the best treatment options to meet their needs.

Brenda Walker (Red) – Office Coordinator
Brenda Walker (Red) has been a face around our office for many years now. Along with being the office coordinator, she is also a registered dental assistant and has credentials in assisting in Craniofacial Pain, TMD & Dental Sleep Medicine. Red resides in Winchester along with Abbie, Mollie, Clifford, Cane, and Felix (her four-legged rescues). She also has a son, Jeramie, and a daughter, Stephanie. Red also enjoys cooking, antiquing, hiking and spending time with family and friends.
Grace Reynolds – Front Office
Grace Reynolds, our beloved patient greeter and member of our office staff, grew up in Franklin County. Ms. Grace came out of retirement and joined our staff nine years ago. Ms. Grace has three sons, three grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren. Along with her enjoyment of greeting our patients, she takes pleasure in jigsaw puzzles and walking.
Donna Elliot – Scheduling Coordinator
Donna Elliot, our scheduling coordinator, grew up in Warren County, Tennessee, and graduated from McMinnville High School. She has a degree in business management from Tennessee Tech in Cookeville. Donna is one of six children, and has a son, Chad, and we must not forget her four legged baby, Jada. Donna has worked in the dentistry field for seven years. Along with her love of hiking and any outdoor activities, she enjoys cooking and is a big Tennessee VOL fan.
Karen Pless – Registered Dental Hygienist
Karen Pless, our Registered Dental Hygienist, recently graduated from Remington College. Although she may be new to practicing dental hygiene, she is not new to dentistry; she has thirteen years of dental experience. Karen and her husband, Joe, reside in Tullahoma, along with their daughter, Parris, and son, Whit. Karen and her family enjoy kayaking, hiking, horseback riding, and whatever sports her children elect to participate in.
Stephanie is a graduate of Tullahoma High School and served four years in the Navy. Stephanie and her husband, Gabriel, reside in Tullahoma with their pets, Onyx, Jasper, and Mason. Stephanie enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
